How can I connect to a MySQL database through .NET?

All Windows shared servers have the Connector/Net 6.0 connector, MySQL's fully managed ADO.Net provider, installed. The current version we use is 6.0.4.

Documentation on this connector is available from http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/connector-net.html
